Véronique is trained psychologist,
councilor and coach. She has developed
the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator into a leadership development tool that has
major impacts on any participant of her workshops. Her workshops are internationally renowned
and highly sort after.
There
are a plethora of management guides and books in the marketplace, selling the
secret to good management, increased productivity and happier staff. Something more is now needed to engage busy
people in this process.
Véronique Boulangier takes
management a step further. Beyond the
style of more recent gurus such as Steven R Covey, and Daniel Goleman,
Véronique provides tools for personal growth.
These result in a team of highly aware individuals who have the capacity
to respond to the vagaries of the market, and whatever else fate throws in their
way.
In
these days of uncertainty the skills Véronique passes on are vital to survival
and growth.
Over
the past four years in Western Australia Véronique has trained 1000 Leaders in
the WA Rural leadership program, she has carried out teambuilding workshops in
a number of government departments in health and education, and she has
illustrated a unique skill in reaching even the most resistant and unwilling
individuals.
Véronique’s
process comes from 25 years of blending many different psychological
frameworks, from her experience in psychotherapy, as well as her experience in
workshop facilitation and sports coaching.
Testimonials
to her work illustrate this unique ability, but to really understand the magic
of Véronique, her expertise with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI), and
her understanding of the complexity of the human psyche, Véronique’s approach
has to be experienced first hand.
Special Interests
Véronique’s
work interest combines a unique approach to the concept of Personality Types
(MBTI), the development of Type across life, the dynamics of the different
aspects of Type within the personality and between personalities; the richness
of Depth Psychology; the power of System Theory, and the creativity of
Narrative Therapy and Art Therapy.
This
has lead her to develop programs that engage participants in immediate,
practical, personal and interpersonal experiences, interwoven with theory. It allows all different types to develop at
their own rhythm and in their preferred ways of integrating.
Véronique’s
interests take this even further, looking into relationships as the key
factor in successful leadership.
She
explores this by providing a safe and dynamic process that connects people
deeply to themselves to reconnect to the fundamental core of their personality
and awakening of a person’s potential and creativity.
